Digital dash issues - failure #2

 

Thank you for your patience during the RMA process. Our evaluation has been completed, and here are the results: Findings: Blown transistor identified Resolution: Replaced the damaged transistor and added a built-in fail-safe to help prevent this from happening again in the future. This issue was likely caused by a voltage spike. We also recommend inspecting the vehicle’s electrical system to identify and correct the source of the voltage spike before reinstalling the ECU. Unit passed a full QA test after repair.
